• Bonuses are credited to your account balance following a qualifying deposit, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

Free spins are valid on designated games only and any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the same rollover conditions unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed on vv44 are final once confirmed. vv44 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming any wager. The following specific rules apply to sports betting and casino games on vv44:

• In the event of a technical fault or data error that results in an incorrect betting market price, vv44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to users.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

vv44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and vv44 in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. vv44 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a final resolution within 30 days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal escalation, the parties may seek resolution through an independent third-party mediator agreed upon by both sides.
